Description
The South West Health Service District has an extensive portfolio of building assets that require ongoing painting/repainting maintenance due to climatic condition extremes. Implementing this painting program will assist in the extending the longevity of the building infrastructure and appearance by providing a consistent standard required by Queensland Health.
Offers are invited for entering into a Service Agreement, in accordance with the Conditions of this Request for Offer for 10 years; thus ensuring seasonal factors are addressed and assets integrity maintained. This program of Works is NOT to be subcontracted
Facilities to be treated include: All nominated Health buildings at Charleville, Augathella, Morven, Quilpie, Thargomindah, Cunnamulla, St George, Dirranbandi, Mungindi, Surat, Roma, Injune, Wallumbilla, Mitchell. Each building asset is to be externally repainted at least once during the term of the contract. The Offerer is to provide a prospective schedule of painting/repainting/surface maintenance, for all listed assets, spanning the term of the contract; as part of the Offer.
