Description

The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is seeking offers for the provision of services to review the current status of its asset management systems and processes, across its public assets. The scope of services covers two categories of assets: 1. Roads and Bridges and 2. Recreation facilities (buildings, structures, park furniture, etc.), tracks and trails (walk, cycle, horst and paddle etc.)

The project will be delivered in three parts:

  • Part A - Assessment of Current Asset Management and Practices
  • Part B - Identify and Recommend the Requirements for Improved Asset Management
  • Part C - Roadmap to Transition to Improved Asset Management
