Provision of Cleaning Services at Nominated VenuesWest Venues

This Request specifies the requirements of VenuesWest for the provision of regular cleaning services at the following locations:

• Champion Lakes Regatta Centre, Lakes Drive, CHAMPION LAKES WA
• HBF Stadium, Stephenson Avenue, MT CLAREMONT WA
• HBF Arena, Kennedya Drive, JOONDALUP WA
• SpeedDome, Eddie Barron Drive, MIDVALE WA
• WA Athletics Stadium, Stephenson Avenue, MT CLAREMONT WA
• WA Basketball Centre, Stephenson Avenue, MT CLAREMONT WA
• State Netball Centre, Selby Street, FLOREAT WA

The proposed contract is for an initial period of two (2) years with three (3) x one (1) year extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of VenuesWest.

Other venues may come into VenuesWest's portfolio in the future and may be added to the resultant contract.

VenuesWest reserves the right to award the resultant Contract in any of the following ways:

• one successful Respondent for all the locations listed in this Request; or
• one successful Respondent for each individual location, as list in this Request.

Non-Mandatory Briefing Details: Confidential

Non-mandatory briefings will be held for and at each venue. At these briefings confidential information will be provided by the Customer including, but not limited to, floor plans, a physical walk through of the venue and a question and answer session.

All briefings are envisaged to last up to one (1) hour and will be conducted at:

HBF Arena

Location: HBF Arena, Kennedya Drive, Joondalup (report to main reception)

Date and Time: 9.00am - 5th of March 2015

SpeedDome

Location: Eddie Baron Drive, Midvale (report to front entrance)

Date and Time: 10.45am, 5th of March 2015

Champion Lakes Regatta Centre

Location: Lakes Drive, Champions Lakes (enter at Henley Drive)

Date and Time: 12.45om, 5th of March 2015

HBF Stadium, WA Athletics Stadium and WA Basketball Centre

Location: HBF Stadium, Stephenson Avenue, Mt Claremont 6010 (report to HBF Stadium reception)

Date and Time: 2.30pm, 5th of March 2015

State Netball Centre

Location: Selby Street, Floreat 6014 (report to reception)

Date and Time: 4.00pm, 5th of March 2015

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 2.00pm, Perth Western Australia Wednesday 4th of March 2015 by contacting Leah Lord on [email hidden] or [phone hidden]

Respondent's may choose to attend only those Briefings at the venues for which they intend to submit an Offer. Respndents will be required to fill in Attendance Registers that will be made available at each location on the day.

Respondents should consider bringing measuring devices with them to these inspections.
