Provision of Car Parking Management Services

Parks Victoria is calling for Tenders from suitably qualified contractors to provide Parking Management Services at nominated sites part of the Albert Park Reserve, and as preferred supplier to other Parks Victoria locations.

The Provision of Car Parking Management Services tender is a separate portion of the contract. Contractors may respond to provide services to all, or selected segments of the service requirements listed above. Each segment may be awarded to a separate contractor or Parks Victoria may elect to award all service requirements to a single contractor. As part of the assessment consideration will be made for responses that can provide all the segment services requested.

Tenderers may declare and enter sub-contracting or consortium arrangements with other service providers; Parks Victoria will award the contract to the prime contractor only. The prime contractor will be accountable and responsible for integrating the components and ensuring all components work together.

Term of the contract will be for an initial term of 3 years commencing in 2024 with two (2) options to extend for one (1) year at the sole discretion of Parks Victoria (3X1, 2X1).
