Description
Department of Communities (Communities) has established a one-year Aboriginal Family Led Decision Making (AFLDM) pilot program to implement the place-based facilitation of AFLDM meetings.
Communities has pre-selected two AFLDM trial site locations, the Midwest-Gascoyne Region and Mirrabooka.
Communities intends to award two separate Grant Agreements, one per each trial site location.
Communities is seeking proposals from ACCOs and/or registered Aboriginal Business who can demonstrate their ability to manage and oversee AFLDM Convenor model service delivery in their selected trial site location.
