This Request is for the provision of a cleaning service (“the Service”) at the following Great Southern Institute of Technology (GSIT) campuses:
Zone A – Albany Campus
Albany Campus – Anson Road, Albany
Zone B – Southern Zone
Denmark Campus – South Coast Highway, Denmark
Mount Barker Campus – Sacred Heart Parish, Langton Road, Mount Barker
Zone C – Katanning Campus
Katanning Campus – Dore Street, Katanning.
Respondents are invited to bid for one or more of the three zones. However, Respondents must bid for all campuses included within the relevant zone.
The Service required comprises:
- Total floor cleaning and general cleaning;
- Total carpet cleaning/shampooing;
- Total window cleaning; and
- All other work specified herein and additional work requested and directed by the Customer.
