Description
Through this Request, South Metropolitan TAFE (the Customer) is seeking to establish a panel arrangement for the provision of cleaning and related services for its sixteen campuses and centres
These sites have been categorised into five (5) Groups:
- Group 1: Bentley Campus and Carlisle Campus
- Group 2: Thornlie Campus and Jandakot Centres (2 sites)
- Group 3: Munster Campus, Murdoch Campus, Fremantle Campus and Vessel Operations Centre
- Group 4: Armadale Centres (3 sites)
- Group 5: Naval Base Campus, Kwinana Automotive Centre, Rockingham Campus, and Mandurah Campus
Each Group will be awarded, in its entirety, to one (1) Contractor only.
A 10% price preference will be applied to Offers received from registered Aboriginal businesses.
