Description
Consistent with the intent of the Delivering Community Services in Partnership (DCSP) policy (July 2011) the Department of Communities (the State Party, also referred to as the Department), invests in services provided by the community services sector to support its mission of collaborating to create pathways that enable individual, family and community wellbeing. The Department is seeking to engage Service Providers to work in partnership with the Department to deliver the Empowering Communities Program[1] (the Program). The Program aims to empower communities to be connected and inclusive places where people feel they belong, are valued and contribute.
[1] To avoid confusion with the Australian Government’s Empowered Communities Program, the name of this program will be changed following the finalisation of the tender process.
