Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR) seeks a facility to extract on-demand data about companies which operate in a global market and needs global economic and market information to develop programs which will support our local industries.. Therefore, access to Australian company databases which includes key statistics on analysis of the industry and of individual Australian companies both private and publicly listed is essential. This includes small to medium sized business if they are key players in certain ANZSIC subdivisions.. Databases should be searchable for locating a range of information such as:

Key country macro-economic information include indicators such as trade: import and exports, balance of payments, inflation, exchange rates, commodities prices, social statistics such as, , population statistics, consumer attitudes and confidence , global country ranking for industries, and Environmental, Social and Governance ratings.

Global reports should cover country and industry data and analyse major markets. Reports should also include operational and financial information of key multinational companies in these regions or companies which influence global markets regardless of the location of their headquarters. Reports should also address Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and provide information for benchmarking against others.

Industry reports should cover key information such as financial, operational and location information for companies with detailed analysis of the industry’s’ operating conditions, industry structure, projected revenues, risk analysis, supply chain analysis, global trends and corresponding impact analysis.

Accordingly, the Department invites suitably qualified vendors to submit a tender for Industry and company information services.
