This Request specifies the requirement of the Department for Communities (DfC) for the provision of regular cleaning services at the Department’s Education and Care Regulatory Unit office located at Consolidated House, 111 Wellington Street, East Perth, WA.
The contract is for a period of two (2) years with two (2) one-year extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of DfC.
