Fire Safety, Bushfire Rectification Works & General Building Works at Defence Sites in NSW

The project involves design and construction activities required to ensure the buildings comply with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, the Defence Manual of Fire Protection Engineering and all other applicable Codes, Standards, Acts, Regulations and Legislations.

The general project scope elements under the Project include:

the design and construction of Fire Safety rectification works;
the investigation and confirmation of works previously undertaken for compliance to the National Code (BCA), relevant Australian Standards and the Manual of Fire Protection Engineering;
the design and construction of general building works;
the design and construction of Bush Fire Safety upgrade works

The works will be at the following Defence sites:

Banksmeadow Depot, NSW
Defence Establishment Orchard Hills, NSW
HMAS Watson, NSW
HMAS Penguin, NSW
HMAS Kuttabul, NSW
