Description
UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to create an updated Masterplan to guide the development of infrastructure, built facilities and landscape amenities at our Sippy Downs Campus, from 2023, looking forward 20 years.
Mandatory Criteria
- Local Benefit - The core project team is to be based in Zone 1 as defined by the Queensland Procurement Policy (125km from Sippy Downs)
- Must have relevant master planning and higher education experience in the last 5 years.
