Description

Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a fit for purpose reliable and technically efficient OEM System to improve the monitoring of offenders subject to EM requirements.
The OEM System should comprises of:
• Supply of highly capable tamper resistant OEM offender worn device/s and equipment for the active tracking and passive monitoring of movements;
• OEM application software for the management of OEM information;
• Telecommunications services required for full and successful operation of the OEM solution; and
• An information and data storage solution that complies with Queensland Government requirements for information security.

QCS are seeking to enter into a single provider Managed Service Arrangement for the installation, configuration, customisation, training, warranty, maintenance, stock control, and support for all elements of the OEM System.
