Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of Traffic Management Services for RoadTek

RoadTek, a commercial business unit of the Department of Transport and Main Roads, requires a range of Traffic Management Services (including traffic control services) for all locations across Queensland.

Our objective is to secure a supply of competent and reliable Traffic Management Services in temporary, emergency, disaster relief and project based work situations.

The Traffic Management Services to be provided under the terms of an Arrangement may include providing all transportation, labour, materials, traffic control signs and devices traffic management plans and traffic guidance schemes required to perform the services specified in this Invitation to Offer in accordance with the MUTCD and relevant Acts and regulations as referenced in the MUTCD.

The Arrangement will cover Queensland and will be divided into 12 Districts in accordance with the Administrative Boundaries – Road Region Boundaries for Department of Transport and Main Roads Map, Effective 1 July 2014. Far North District will be further divided into two (2) zones, Cairns (Coastal) and Cairns (Remote). It is proposed that two (2) to four (4) Offerors will be chosen per district, depending on the outcome of the short listing and negotiation process.
