Description
The Department of Communities implemented a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial Operations (D365FO) system using a software as a service (SaaS) model in October 2023. Implementation of D365FO enable Communities to build the foundations to have a single integrated financial management system accompanied by a consolidated chart of accounts and unified business processes for all Communities operations. The Department of Communities is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide Business as usual technical and functional support for the Department’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and ad-hoc services as required.
