South Australian Government Salary Sacrifice Arrangements (SAGSSA)

Salary sacrifice is available to South Australian public sector employees through industrial instruments and policy decisions relating to their employment.

The South Australian Government Salary Sacrifice Arrangements (SAGSSA) requires SA public sector employees to utilise the salary sacrifice service provider should they choose to access approved salary sacrifice arrangements.

This Invitation to Supply (ITS) is seeking to establish a new contractual arrangement for SAGSSA for SA Government Employees that includes:

• administration and service delivery of salary packaging arrangements for all Employees in accordance with the Approved Benefits;
• the provision of a competitive and transparent novated lease offering;
• an innovative and customer centric service delivery model that enables Employees and Employers to access the services anywhere and anytime;
• efficient and secure systems and processes that meets the SA Government’s security requirements;
• a marketing and education strategy that results in improved Employee participation.
