Conference Organiser

The Authority will host a Forum and other associated workshops in the last week of March 2011, in Sydney, bringing together members of the DonateLife Network, non-government organisations, senior committee members and Authority staff.

Ahead of the 1.5 day Forum that approximately 300 people will attend, is a 2-day induction for new members of the DonateLife Network (no more than 50 people). In addition to this there will be a 1-day meeting of key stakeholders (approximately 50 people) directly after the Forum.

In delivering these events, the Authority has the principal objectives to:
• deliver a Forum at a high standard;
• create an environment conducive to achieving the Forums’ central objectives; and
• provide a whole-of-Forum experience which promotes the DonateLife Network as well as showcasing the host city.

The successful tenderer will assist in the delivery of the services and help to ensure the above objectives are met.
