Description

The Department of Communities Child Safety and Disability Services (DCCSDS) is seeking to engage suitably qualified persons, organisations or consortia to develop a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework and plan that guides the implementation and success of Our Way: A generational strategy for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families 2017-2037 and Changing Tracks: An action plan for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families 2017-2019.

The Department is looking to purchase a detailed written plan that describes the best method of undertaking a cost effective formal evaluation of the impacts of the 20 year strategy and first three year action plan. The evaluation plan will be accompanied by a monitoring plan that describes the best way for the Governance Board (Queensland First Children and Families Board) and our community partners to monitor the implementation of the strategy and each specific action in the Action Plan.
