Particulars
The purpose of the Services is to quantify the economic costs and benefits of the Superlot 1 development and carry out a cost benefit analysis for discussions with stakeholders, including NSW Treasury and Infrastructure NSW (the “Purpose”). The Cost benefit economic Analysis will look to appraising the economic, social, environmental and cultural value of the proposal to fund several key assets in Bradfield City Centre through several financial structures.
