Description
The Department of Transport (DoT) requires the procurement nine (9) new Queue Management Systems (QMS), one for each Perth Metropolitan Business Centre location, support and maintenance and training for staff on the basic use and operation of the QMS. A solution in required which leverages technological advancements to better support its business operations, enhance the customer service experience and improve the utilisation of its workforce. The exisiting QMS will need to be decommissioned and removed in accordance with DoT disposal instructions.
