Lower Murray Urban and Rural Water Corporation is releasing a Request for Tender to undertake a Rural Masterplan Business Case Phase One report.

This project will include the completion of a

• A strategy document (RM2050) to be used as the foundation for future infrastructure and service planning for five-yearly Water Plans, annual Corporate Plans which is to include discussion about the reconfiguration and modernisation of infrastructure systems across the irrigation districts.
• Commodity market analysis for the LMW rural region
• 10 year pricing schedule for irrigation and drainage services
• Authentic high-level engagement and tailored opportunities for participation that help define and facilitate input and feedback from key LMW stakeholders such as irrigation customers, regional commodity groups, the environment and First Nations’ cohorts.
• Identified opportunities for capital investment and funding.
• Evidence of strategic alignment to government and regulatory body requirements.
