Video Production and Associated Services

TAFE SA has an ongoing requirement for video production for Marketing and Communications and Marketing International and seeks to establish a contract with a suitably competent and capable provider(s) to deliver the broad scope of videography services.

TAFE SA has a keen interest in working with South Australian companies, with a clear understanding and experience with the education sector or similar in this State; and an ability to demonstrate alignment to the synergies of TAFE SA.

Productions must ensure that:

• Videography reflects the TAFE SA brand and values;
• a consistent look and style is conveyed, that appeals to the target audience and effectively demonstrates the facilities and learning environment at TAFE SA.

Not all marketing is scheduled, therefore, it is critical that the successful contractor(s) is able to response to short notice requirements to meet urgent demands.

The proposed term of the contract is two (2) years with two (2) extensions options of one (1) year each, for a maximum contract term of four (4) years.
