Night Vision Devices and Associated Equipment

The Western Australia (WA) Police Force seeks submissions for the supply and delivery of Night Vision Devices for use by the Tactical Response Group (TRG) and WA Police Air Wing for night and low light operations and training exercises within Metropolitan and regional WA.

Supply and delivery will be subject to the purchasing requirements of the WA Police Force.

Should the Contract Authority elect to undertake shortlisting, short-listed Respondents will be required to provide one (1) sample of each Product, at no cost to the WA Police Force, to enable evaluation/testing under normal police operational conditions. Samples sought shall be provided within fourteen working days of request.

Respondents please note, that should any sample provided fail to meet the evaluation/test, it will be excluded from further testing and consideration.

NOTE: The WA Police Force cannot guarantee the equipment will be returned in its original condition. In such circumstances, the WA Police Force shall not be liable for any such repairs or replacement costs for damaged equipment.

Also the WA Police Force reserves the right to award a single or multiple contractors from this procurement process.
