Catering Services to PSBA Academies and State Disaster Coordination Centre

The Public Safety Business Agency (PSBA) is seeking a suitably qualified supplier/s for Catering Services to the following PSBA sites:

• Queensland Police Service Academy (QPSA), Oxley;
• Queensland Police Service Academy North Queensland Academy (QPSA NQ), Townsville;
• Queensland Fire and Emergency Services School of Fire and Emergency Services Training (SFEST), Whyte Island; and
• State Disaster Coordination Centre (SDCC), Emergency Services Complex, Kedron

The PSBA has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objectives of:

• Supplying Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meals to recruits, training courses, guests and emergency situations across all locations;
• Provide tasty, healthy and nutritious meals;
• Provide pre-prepared and take away meals
• Provide catering to special events i.e. Commissioners Dinner, BBQ’s etc; and
• Manage kitchen and dining room facilities

All supplier’s applying to this ITO are welcome to apply for any or all of the sites detailed in this specification. There is no obligation to apply for all sites. However within this ITO there is opportunity for PSBA to award the contract to one or multiple Successful Suppliers. Consideration of Small to Medium Enterprise’s (SME's) in delivery to local sites will be a factor in evaluation i.e. Local suppliers in Townsville or Brisbane.
