The Community Housing Leasing Program (CHLP) provides private market rental subsidies for the provision of social housing through registered Community Housing Providers. Hume Community Housing was awarded the contract through a limited negotiation, non-tender process for a term of 97 months and a value of $5,860,754 inclusive of GST to deliver 30 properties under the SHS, and 51 properties under the Together Home Program.
