The purpose of the Services is for the Consultant to explore and assess the option of expanding Broome Port’s role as a services centre with associated supply bases to support the exploration, construction and operational phases of the development of the Browse Basin and, if expansion of the Port is shown to be necessary, to provide justification to proceed to develop a business case for the required infrastructure investment at a later stage.
