This Request seeks, through an open and competitive tender process, the provision of Carers Services that will provide:
1. Direct Support through practical assistance for carers; and
2. Community Education through the provision of education and information aimed at improving:
• carer identification;
• awareness of the range of services available to carers; and
• the adaptation of workplaces and services to the needs of carers.
