Solution architecture professional services to support NSW Treasury’s development of new budget and forecasting system. Variation 1Extended end date to 28/03/2025 from 20/12/2024. Change of scopeto include Phase 2 (weeks 13 – 30) commenced 25/11/2024 - Implementation and testing of the first wave of business process migration ahead of the March Budget activity Variation 2Extended end date to 30/06/2025 from 28/03/2025. Adjust the scope to include Phase 3 (weeks 31 – 43) commenced 01/04/2025 – 30/06/2025 Variation 3Extended end date to 30/09/2025, to allow vendor to continue to support with the necessary system access. No change to the scope and value of the current agreement. Variation 4 Variation of scope to include hypercare period in final month of project. No adjustment of end date
