Munster TAFE Design, Supply & Install Solar PV & EV Charger System

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to design, supply, delivery to site, storing, installation and testing of the solar photovoltaic, electrical, data, and communications systems undertake design, supply and installation of a solar at Munster TAFE located at 9 Gardiner Ave, Munster WA 6166. The Work includes but is not limited to supply of the following: Solar system monitoring and control system including remote web-based statistics Low-voltage distribution and protection relay Metering upgrades Switchboard modifications Associated data and communications Western Power and service provider application and coordination STC (Small-scale Technology Certificates) rebate EV Charging Stations EV Charging management system Inverter and EV charging systems access for monitoring by staff and students via SMT Munster IT network. Modification and certification of the roof access system modifications by a licensed Safe Access Contractor to accommodate and maintain the new PV installation Obtain Structural engineering approval for the installation of the PV panels Provide an option cost for a 30kVA PV system the base tender shall include the cost for a 20kVA PV system. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
