Remediation of Bulk Fuel Facility

The The Port of Townsville Limited is seeking Proposals for a Rectification Action Plan to remediate a former Bulk Fuel Facility. It includes the development of a remediation action plan which will include seeking regulatory approals (if required) and the development of multiple scopes.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

• Seeking regulatory apporvals (if required).
• Developing scopes to achieve a choice of objectives.
• Estimated costs for delivery of each scope of works.
• Working with the Port with all relevant stakeholders.

It does not include actual site remdiation works. This will be a separate works package.

Prior to bidders being provided the scope of works a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be requried. Potential bidders can request a copy of the non-disclosure agreement via email, address being [email hidden].

Once the NDA has been duly executed the scope will be provided to potential bidders.
