Description

The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) has the responsibility of protecting and conserving the State’s environment on behalf of the people of Western Australia. This includes managing the State’s national parks, marine parks, conservation parks, State forests and timber reserves, nature reserves, marine nature reserves and marine management areas.

In order to carry out this work, the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (the “Contract Authority”) established a Panel of Contractors for the provision of Vessel Charter (the “Services”) for their marine and island research around the northwest coastline from Shark Bay to the Pilbara Region in Western Australia. The charter vessels are required to have live aboard facilities, tender vessels and SCUBA diving facilities for marine and island based research.

This Request is to refresh the panel by potentially adding new Suppliers to the Agreement only.
