Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (“The Customer”) is seeking the services of a suitable contractor to provide Cleaning and Housekeeping Services at Muresk Institute at 1 Muresk Road, Muresk in the Shire of Northam, Western Australia.
The Services are required for a period of four (4) months with no further contract extension options. During this time, a longer-term contract will be established via an Open -Tender process.
Cleaning Services
Cleaning on-site refers to buildings relating to the Offices, Training, Education and Recreation areas at Muresk Institute. The premises must be serviced five (5) days per week, Monday to Friday, with the exception of any gazetted public holidays on which the building is not open for business. However, Muresk Institute operates seven (7) days per week and depending on client demand, services may be requested on weekends.
Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping on site refers to buildings relating to the Accommodation areas at Muresk Institute.
