PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) is delivering an $85 million upgrade to the intersection of Marion Road and Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Brooklyn Park. Marion Road is a strategic north-south arterial road on the western side of Greater Metropolitan Adelaide, and Sir Donald Bradman Drive is a strategic east-west road providing access between the Adelaide Airport and the Adelaide CBD. As part of the Intersection Upgrade, the demolition of seven (7) properties is required. The objective of the project is to clear land for Marion Road Sir Donald Bradman Drive Intersection realignments, which provides additional through-lanes and turning lanes in the Intersection. To facilitate the upgrade of this intersection, an experienced demolition contractor is required to demolish and clear the sites prior to the main construction works commencing.
PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Companies must be prequalified with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport in the following prequalification categories:
- Demolition: D2
- Asbestos Removal: AR2
