Description
The SA Housing Authority (the Authority) is seeking to refresh the current South Australian Housing Trust (SAHT) Cadastral Surveying Services Contract.
SAHT’s land development, building construction, building maintenance and sales programs require a large range and quantity of survey related activities. These include identification detail and level surveys prior to building design, land divisions and community titles.
The survey work categories required are:
- Land divisions;
- Party wall surveys of existing dwellings;
- Community title surveys;
- Identification surveys; and
- Identification surveys combined with detail and levels surveys.
