PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA situated at Royal Perth Hospital is seeking a suitable Respondent to supply, install, commission and maintain an automated DNA Fragment Library Preparation System for use with the next – generation DNA sequencing platforms.
PathWest Department of Clinical Immunology at Royal Perth Hospital provides next-generation DNA sequencing services to PathWest laboratories at all metropolitan teaching hospitals, as well as for tissue typing and HIV genotyping procedures conducted within the Department. The Department of Clinical Immunology of PathWest RPH provides services to both public and private sector clients in the area of DNA sequencing. This equipment provides an automated facility for an essential part of the preparation procedure producing DNA fragment libraries for analysis on next-generation sequencing platforms which are already in place.
Royal Perth Hospital requires the Supply, delivery and installation of one (1) automated DNA Fragment Library Preparation System for use with next- generation DNA sequencing platforms.
