Land Services 2021- LINEAR

The specification is for the provision of land services maintenance works at various Gippsland Water properties.

These properties comprise water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, channels and storages which Gippsland Water has the responsibility to maintain.

Treatments range from mechanical mowing and whipper-snipping, to garden bed maintenance, the application of herbicide for weed control, and to tractor based slashing and batter/slope mowing.

The Contract encompasses Planned Works (PW) and Adhoc works (AW), collectively titled, the Services;

• Planned Works – each site is maintained based on a minimum number of compulsory services to each site over a 12 month period. The cost of this work is based on a visit by visit basis and is to be invoiced monthly once the services have been delivered and accepted as complete.
• Adhoc Works – where Gippsland Water requests an additional service resulting in visit which is not in the current months Planned Works Schedule. The cost of adhoc works will be invoiced at the end of each calendar month for any adhoc work completed by the Service Provider.
