Twelve Apostles - Traffic and Pedestrian Management

Provision of traffic and pedestrian management services within Port Campbell National Park. This involves the provision of traffic management personnel and equipment to manage vehicles in a safe, orderly and efficient manner into and out of particular car park entrances and parking bays. The project also requires traffic management expertise to ensure onsite car parking conditions are managed to suit demand during the peak visitor period (ie AFL Grand Final & Melbourne Cup long weekends and Christmas through to Easter)

Submission should refer to the attached "Request for Tender" and complete the Tender Schedules as set out Section 3 of the document.

A mandatory meeting will be held the at 1pm at the Twelve Apostles Visitor Site, 15 July 2019. RSVP to the mandatory meeting should be sent to [email hidden] by 14 July 2019 by 4pm.

Respondents are to lodge their tender responses marked CONFIDENTIAL, Tender No. ITS2 -00100- Twelve Apostles - Traffic and Pedestrian Management, by 2.00pm Wednesday 24th July 2019 in the electronic tender box on tenders.vic.gov.au

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
