The Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to provide expert advice on the operating and capital expenditure proposal to be submitted by Gladstone Area Water Board (GAWB) as part of our upcoming price monitoring investigation of GAWB's bulk water prices for 2020–25.
Your proposal should address all the relevant requirements detailed in the attached Terms of Reference document.
The closing date for receipt of proposals by the QCA is 13 September 2019. Proposals should be lodged at www.qca.org.au/submissions or sent to:
