Provision of professional cleaning and maintenance services for the hard-roofed accommodation facilities at Myer House. Services are to be delivered between guest changeovers, currently scheduled as agreed with NPWS. The contractor is responsible for delivering cost-effective, customer-focused services in accordance with NPWS policies and guidelines, driving continuous improvement throughout the contract term, and maintaining guest satisfaction with cleanliness and customer service.
