Checkpoint Maintenance Renewal

The PTA is currently executing a strategic firewall migration initiative aimed at transitioning from legacy firewall infrastructure to a modern, consolidated platform. Due to unforeseen delays, there is a credible risk that the migration timeline may extend beyond the expiry date of the existing firewall licenses. This poses a significant operational risk, as unlicensed firewall infrastructure would lead to service disruptions, compliance gaps, and exposure to security vulnerabilities. To mitigate this risk, a contingency contract for Checkpoint Licensing 2025/2026 is required to extend the current firewall licensing arrangement. The contingency will serve as a safeguard while the migration project reaches full deployment readiness.
