Description
The Urban Renewal Authority trading as Renewal SA (Renewal SA) is seeking a suitably experienced & proactive cleaning & hygiene services contractor to perform routine cleaning & hygiene services to the properties for a term of 24 months commencing on 1 November 2025 (indicative).
The Contractor must perform its obligations, professionally, carefully, skill fully and competently and in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with the best practices current in the Contractor’s industry.
The Contractor must maintain the Properties in a thoroughly clean condition without adverse effect on any surface; and ensure that all surfaces are cleaned using suitable methods, equipment and substances in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.
It will be expected that cleaning staff assigned will be direct employees of the successful contractor and will not be subcontractors (excluding Hygiene & Slip testing staff that will be permitted to be subcontractors)
