WA Public Transport Authority
Provision of Corporate Wardrobe for Western Australian Transport Agencies
Details
Description
The Transport Portfolio agencies; the Department of Transport (DoT), Public Transport Authority (PTA) and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA), have a requirement for an appropriately experienced and qualified supplier to provide a Corporate Wardrobe for employees of those agencies.
Only one Contractor will be appointed for the provision of the Corporate Wardrobe to all three Transport agencies under a Multi-User Cooperative Procurement Arrangement (CPA). The buying arrangement will be set up to allow an employee from any one of the three agencies to order corporate apparel in accordance with their agency Corporate Apparel policy, and relevant logo for their work location. This will also allow direct invoicing to the relevant agency. The buying arrangement and experience will be similar to that used for Common Use Arrangements, with an order form and a standing Head Agreement.
This Request is for Corporate Wardrobe items (i.e. office appropriate trousers, shirts, jackets, skirts etc) for staff employed at any one of the three agencies. It will allow staff located in the Portfolio Units (Transwa, Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID), Land and Property Services (LPS), and Aboriginal engagement and employment (AEE)) to place orders in accordance with their agency policies.
