Description
The Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Attorney-General's Department (Department) invites interested parties (tenderers) to submit tenders to provide the cleaning services (Services) set out, or referred to, in this RFT and the Draft Contract.
The buildings to be covered by the Services are:
- 3-5 National Circuit Barton, ACT (excluding child care centre and cafe)
- 24 Wormald St, Symonston ACT
- Sir Kenneth Bailey Building, 71 State Circle, Forrest, ACT (training centre)
- UCIC, Building 23, University Drive South, Bruce, ACT
- 63 Denison Street, Deakin, ACT
In addition, the Department currently expects that it will during the term of the contract for the delivery of the Services occupy further premises comprising approximately 8,000 to 10,000 m2 at 4 National Circuit, Barton in the Australian Capital. The Department further expects that it may during the term of the contract for the delivery of the Services occupy other premises which are currently unidentified.
