Description
Energy Policy WA (EPWA) has a requirement to establish a Panel Contract of Specialist Commercial and Economic Advisers who can provide specialist independent advice.
This Panel requires the provision of specialist skills and experience in commercial and business analysis, utility market economics and scenario development and forecasting expertise, to provide advice to the Customer. The precise nature and scope of work will be defined within each Customer Contract/Work Order developed at the time the requirements are identified by the Customer, as will the available budget for individual projects.
