The two GC-FID instruments will enable analysis of Total Recoverable Hydrocarbons (TRH) in environmental matrices, using existing methods, techniques and custom-built processing software macros. The instruments are critical for quantitating the levels of TRH in soils, sediments, waters and wastewaters.
