Preparation of a User Requirement Brief (URB) for the Tasmanian Agricultural Precinct, based on data collected from site visits, stakeholder engagement and a special needs analysis. |
An Options Report suitable for input into the TAP Master Plan that is informed by the URB and the options identification and analysis process the Options Report will detail NRE Tas proposed functions and spatial requirements to be located at the TAP. It will outline both the spaces that need to be limited to NRE Tas use and those that could be potentially shared with other tenant and users.
