Specialist Homelessness Service for women and children escaping domestic and family violence – support, asset and tenancy management services delivered under the Homelessness Program and Crisis Accommodation Program (CAP) and located in the Toowoomba Region

The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is to secure a service provider that can deliver Immediate Temporary Supported Accommodation and Mobile Support services for women and their children escaping domestic and family violence in the Toowoomba Region from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2018. The provision of the abovementioned support services are to be delivered in accordance with the Homelessness Program Guidelines October 2015 and the provision of the asset and tenancy management in accordance with the Social Housing Program Specifications August 2015 as they apply to CAP.
