Develop Corrective Services Strategic Plan 2025-2030

Corrective Services is seeking the services of a suitably qualified respondent to finalise the development of the Corrective Services 2025 – 2030 Strategic Framework This work will be undertaken in close conjunction with the Corrective Services Director of Strategy and Performance point of contact (POC) and the Corrective Services Commissioner and broader Corrective Services Executive Team (CSET). The Strategic Plan must set a long-term vision against short and medium-term priorities aimed at generating significant inclusivity and improvement in the way that Corrective Services operates. The plan must be realistic and reflect agreed aspirations, focus areas and priorities, however there is scope for stretch targets that reflect ambitious objectives in particular areas. There is a requirement that the Strategic Plan will leverage facets of work already undertaken to date and be mindful of significantly diverse business units and the efforts of our broad teams. Work and progress to date, includes considerable engagement work with approximately 360 Corrective Services senior leaders and managers from across the State, planning days with the Corrective Services Executive Team (CSET) the identification of critical business priorities and development of Corrective Services specific vision, values and strategic principles. In addition to this work complementing the Department of Justice strategic framework, the Strategic Plan must have high regard for other key DOJ and Corrective Services strategies and ensure that these are acknowledge and or reflected as informing strategies.
