Panel Contract for Legal Services
The Housing Authority will establish a panel of legal providers which will be accessed for:
* Specific legal expertise where the in-house legal team is at capacity and/or the specific expertise is limited in-house;
* Litigation support in complext matters, such as dividing fence litigation, property and construction disputes;
* Drafting support in complex property transactions;
* Business as usual matters when there is no in-house capacity such as construction contracts, contractual disputes and procurement issues;
* Training and development; and
* Templates and boilerplate clauses.
The contract term is three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year extension options available at the absolute discretion of the Housing Authority.
