Provision of an Automated End-to-End Car Sharing Solution

The State of Queensland acting through the Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) delivers a range of housing, building and procurement services. As a commercialised business unit within the DHPW, QFleet is the Queensland Government’s centralised fleet owner and manager.

The customer has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of establishing a contract for the provision of Software as a service (SaaS) for an automated ICT end-to-end car sharing solution that is configurable and scalable.

Implementation is across the Brisbane CBD in the first instance and the solution must have the capacity to expand and be configurable to meet the needs of agencies across greater Brisbane, regional and state-wide areas.

The following is out of scope for this ITO:
• an on-premise solution internally hosted by QFleet;
• research and development of the solution in partnership with QFleet; and
• Outsourcing of the ownership and management of fleet services to a third party.
